Legendario Elixir de Cuba

Legendario Elixir de Cuba is remarkable by its exclusive flavour, different from all the traditional Cuban spirits. It is recognized for its aged and sweet aroma, its rich amber colour and very pleasant palate with a very special finish. With 34% alcohol content, the rum is finished in a completely different manner after ageing. Once the blending of the aged rums has been carried out, it is finished by letting it soak in raisins for 40-50 days. Once soaked, the raisins are filtered out and the product is bottled. This final process gives the Elixir its characteristic aroma, texture and flavour. Elixir can be enjoyed neat, chilled, over ice or in a cocktail.

Anejo Blanco

Anejo Blanco is our 3 year white rum, ideal for cocktails. Fully aged in American oak barrels, the Anejo Blanco has a slightly amber, almost transparent colour, a clean aroma with a hint of citrus and a clean, smooth finish. It has a warm body to it but it will not overpower the cocktail. It is perfect for a Mojito.

Ron Dorado

Ron Dorado is our 5 year amber rum and is the perfect blend between deep and delicate. It has an intense golden colour, a delicate aroma with nuances of wood and sugar cane with a powerful, soothing and balanced finish. Ron Dorado can be enjoyed neat or in a cocktail. It is perfect for a Cuba Libre.

Ron Anejo

Ron Anejo is our classic sipping rum. Tradition, experience and the hand of our Rum Master have produced a fine, fully aged 9 year rum. The Anejo has a dark amber colour with an intense, mature aroma, reminiscent of the oak barrels in which it was aged and a strong, embracing finish. This rum is best enjoyed at room temperature, neat or on the rocks.

The Rum Howler Blog

The aroma is rich and inviting with smells of oak infused rum and caramel, brandy and raisins, and some dark chocolate drifting in the breezes above the glass. It is almost as if we are encountering a sweet mixture of rum, cognac, and dark caramel
